     This page is dedicated to the wonderful team at Weight Watchers.  At 225 pounds, I was not feeling well and very unhappy with myself.  On February 25 I started a new beginning with myself and the weight watchers program.  It was difficult to change my eating habits but the weight watchers flex program made it easier.  I ate a lot of vegetables, drank a lot of water, and exercised.

     Now in November I am 138 pounds and a new person thanks to the weight watchers program.
